Waterloo, Ontario, Canada - February 16, 2010 - Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (IMS), a world leader in telematics and mobile media solutions, today announced the availability of iLane, the first in-car device that interacts directly with your Smartphone and lets you manage your inbox hands-free using simple voice commands, through Entwined Solutions. A leading provider of wireless devices, software and services to the Australian and New Zealand markets, Entwined Solutions will distribute iLane across Australia and New Zealand through business-to-business on-line, and retail channels.

iLane is a sleek, portable unit that plugs in a vehicle's cigarette lighter or any 12V outlet, reading e-mail out loud on command, which users can then reply to, forward, or delete. In addition, iLane allows access and control of other smartphone applications by voice command, including managing phone calls, SMS messages and calendars, making it simple for road warriors to comply with the hands-free legislation that has now been enacted across Australia and New Zealand. iLane also provides on-demand access to compelling news, weather, and sports content from The Associated Press and The Weather Network.

IMS' distribution agreement with Entwined Solutions comes on the heels of IMS' agreement with two of Canada's national carriers to offer iLane, including Bell Canada, Canada's largest communications company. In 2009, IMS was also named one of 10 Canadian Mobile Consumer and Enterprise Solutions to Watch by IDC Canada, and awarded the CTIA's 2009 Hot for the Holidays Bluetooth Accessory Award.

"Expanding outside of North America into the Australian and New Zealand markets and bringing our one-of-a-kind product to Entwined Solutions' customers is a significant milestone for our company," said Tony Cassetta, Chief Operating Officer, IMS. "Keeping your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel has become a universal priority for drivers as hands-free legislation is enacted around the world."

"We've seen a huge appetite for hands-free devices in the Australian and New Zealand markets and are excited to partner with a company with a proven track record in this space," says Cameron Hanns, director, Entwined Solutions. "We look forward to bringing this ground-breaking and award winning mobile device to our customers".

iLane is the only hands-free device on the market that allows users to fully manage their smartphone device using simple voice commands. Unlike other dial-in solutions, iLane is a self-contained, portable hardware solution that automatically pairs with a user's smartphone. Always-on, iLane reengages with a simple voice command, eliminating the need to press buttons or dial-in to a server. As a non-server based product, information exchanged via iLane remains safe and secure making this an ideal solution for those conducting business on the road.

iLane Compatibility
iLane is currently compatible with all BlackBerry ® smartphones running on the 8000 series and above. Additionally, iLane is compatible with many Bluetooth headsets and in-car systems with increased operating systems and device operability anticipated throughout 2010.

Pricing and Availability
iLane is available online at www.iLane.com.au across Australia and New Zealand at a suggested retail price of $469.00 (AUD). For more information on iLane, please visit www.ilane.com.
