There's been plenty of talk about the LG X3 in the run up to the MWC this month but there's going to be a new kid on the show floor at LG's booth and that's the 'Miracle', at least according to Pocket Now. The source of the leak is reportedly a Romanian LG tester who sold the handset to an XDA developer. While it won't be a high-end monster like the X3 it will be a reasonably spec'd Windows Phone device strengthening the phone maker's lineup of handsets running Microsoft's OS.
Key specs are said to include a fairly predictable 1GHz processor and 8GB of internal storage. In addition to this there's a 5mp rear-facing camera which is joined by a front-facing VGA camera for video-calling. On top of it all there's a 4" WVGA NOVA display meaning it should offer a superior viewing experience compared to other Windows Phones.
Connectivity-wise it's set to come with a HSPA+ 14.4Mbps radio as well as the usual Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. The source of the leak also claims that the Miracle will feature NFC support, which really would be a miracle as Windows Phone isn't supposed to be supporting the technology until WP8.
That's all there is to go on at the moment but if true then it won't be long until more is revealed in Barcelona at the end of the month. It's said that the phone is going to be released in the spring at some point after the MWC. Although the specs don't bring anything new to the Windows Phone table the device does look like it will be a welcome to alternative to LG's Optimus 7 and Quantum.
This may the first that's been heard of the specs but the handset made its blurrycam debut back in December when it was known as the Fantasy.
