Galaxy Nexus may hit Sprint on April 22
Latest rumour suggests the ICS flagship will be arriving at the carrier soon

The Galaxy Nexus has taken its time arriving at Sprint but according to a leaked internal document sent to BGR it won't be long before it's released there. For anyone in the US who wants a Galaxy Nexus but doesn't want to buy it from Verizon it looks like they can expect to get it on April 22 according to the document. While its worth taking with a pinch of salt it looks genuine and is in-line with previous rumours that have indicated the same release date.
Key features of Sprint's version of the handset are pretty the same as they are elsewhere with the exception that it will come with 32GB of internal storage. Aside from that it's still going to be packing a 4.65" display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM.
While the phone will support 4G LTE connectivity it's been said that the feature won't be enabled by default due to the carrier's network not being ready yet. It's expected that an update is going to be released in June which will change this though.
Despite its popularity, due in large part to it being the first handset to run Ice Cream Sandwich, the Galaxy Nexus has been slow to roll out in the US. At the moment Sprint is the only carrier apart from Verizon that is confirmed to be getting it though if recent whispers that have emerged are true it may also be headed to AT&T.
It would be the first time a Nexus device was offered by the carrier but a source "very close to the situation" claims that it is in fact testing the latest Android flagship on its LTE network.
